Confidentiality

 

The mentorship and coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the client shares with Nahkila Isha’ and company (the reader, mentor, and coach) as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in medicine or law). Nahkila Isha’ and company agrees not to disclose any information relating to the client without the client’s written consent. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in Nahkila Isha’ and company’s possession prior; (b) is generally known to the public or in the client’s industry; (c) is obtained by Nahkila Isha’ and company from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the client; (d) is independently developed by the Nahkila isha’ and company without use of or reference to the client’s confidential information; or (e) that Nahkila Isha’ and company is required by law to disclose. Client is bound to confidentiality and will refrain from sharing any information shared by other clients during all in person and virtual events including but not limited to group sessions, conferences, workshops, retreats, and more.​

 

Cancellation policy

 

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Nahkila Isha’ and company 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session if they cannot make it. Nahkila Isha’ and company will wait for 10 minutes before noting the client has not shown up for the session. The client will be charged for the session if they do not show up, unless it is an emergency situation or due to illness and proof from law enforcement or a Doctor is provided. If Nahkila Isha’ and company cancels the scheduled session, she/ they will give 24 hours notice, unless it is an emergency situation or due to illness. If Nahkila Isha’ and company cancel, a makeup appointment will be available for you to reschedule. There are absolutely no refunds provided under any circumstances.​ All mentorships require a 12 month minimum commitment. A 30 day written notice must be provided prior to your 12th month. If a 30 day notice is not provided you will continue to be charged monthly until notice is given.

 

Limited liability

 

Nahkila Isha’ and Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting LLC make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event will Nahkila Isha’ and company be liable to the client for consequential or special damages. All Services provided are meant to help inspire, encourage and motivate the client to make positive changes in their lives. Nahkila Isha’ and company does this by offering intuitive and soulful advice, information and guidance, which is based exclusively on their credentials and experiences only and is offered in good faith. Nahkila Isha’ and company makes no promises regarding the accuracy, relevance, and quality of the information and methods used. Advice, information, and guidance provided by Nahkila Isha’ and the company does not constitute legal or professional advice, neither is it intended to be. Any decisions the client makes and the consequences thereof are the client’s own.

 

Nahkila Isha’ and Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting LLC are not medical or health practitioners. She/they do not conduct any medical or psychotherapeutic work or diagnoses, rather she and her team offers their clients an intuitive, energetic and spiritual perspective to aid self-healing and personal development.

Photo/ Video Release

 

Client agrees to the use and release of images, video, and audio obtained by and recorded for Nahkila Isha’ and company and waives all rights to compensation for and approval of the above-mentioned media. Nahkila Isha’ and Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting LLC own all rights and have the freedom to use such media in any way desired, inclusive of, but not limited to business and testimonial purposes.

Investments

 

All investments/payments are final. Any and all forms of payment is an indication that you understand and agree to these terms.

 

Activating You Mini and All Inclusive Retreats

 

All retreat deposits and payments are final. There are absolutely no refunds. If you are unable to attend for any reason you agree to forfeit your investment.

 

All deposits are fees to initiate the payment plan and does not apply to the overall payoff amount.

Nahkila Isha’ and Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting can not be held legally responsible for injury, death, and or lost or stolen items during/at the retreat or any event hosted by the above-mentioned parties.

 

Regarding all offerings, including but not limited to, Digital Downloads, Shop Purchases, Readings, Single Sessions, Mentorships, Retreats, Conference Tickets ect. 

 

All sales are final.

Please Note

 

Nahkila Isha’ and company refers to Nahkila Isha’ only and the Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting LLC business. The Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting team consists of Independent Contractors working independently for themselves and or their own companies. Nahkila Isha’ and Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting LLC team assume no legal, financial, or other form of liability for the Independent Contractors, however, these terms and conditions apply to the Independent Contractors serving under Ashworth Scott Life Sculpting.

 

It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions in its entirety. Failure to do so does not release you from the legally binding nature of these terms and conditions. Payment is an indication that you understand and agree to these terms and is equivalent to a signed legally binding contract.
